We do not offer returns and exchanges at this time. If there are issues with your order please contact us.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped through USPS. All items except full size decks can be shipped.
Flat rate Shipping
Flat rate shipping is available for all domestic orders. Items purchased will ship flat rate priority mail for $4.99. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to process before it is shipped.
Local pickup
Full-size skateboards (decks) are only available for local pick-up on Maui, Hawaiʻi. They cannot be shipped nationally. You may also choose local pick-up for any other items if you are on Maui.
Pick-up Location & Time
Location: Can be agreed upon with customer. Schedule: We will contact you via email after your order is placed to arrange a specific pick-up date and time that works for both parties. Please wait for this confirmation email before attempting to pick up your order.
